Homotoxicology New Patient Process
Homotoxiologist Lisa Attfield, HND, Dip BDF, Cert Hom, works with patients in a supportive partnership to promote healing to achieve wellness and good health naturally.
Here’s what new homotoxicology patients can expect during their first visit.
Consultation
An initial consultation for new patients will last up to one hour, and follow-up appointments usually take approximately 45 minutes. A case history will be reviewed, and the patient will be asked for any medication currently prescribed to them. Patients generally require several appointments to clear their problems.
An EAV machine gives bio-functional diagnostics to assess the health of different organs and body tissues and allows treatment to be targeted very specifically. Bio-diagnostic testing is done by testing the conductivity of the skin on acupuncture points on the hands and feet. The entire process is painless and non-invasive. Patients are requested not to apply hand cream or body lotion to their hands or feet before an appointment as they may affect the bio-diagnostics reading.
The EAV machine used can also test for allergies and sensitivities, although usually through eliminating toxins in the body this generally sorts out the allergy or intolerance.
The Homoeopathic Treatment
Homoeopathic remedies are used as the treatment mainly via drops taken in water, but sometimes tablets are prescribed.
The homoeopathic remedies consist of a mixture of ‘nosodes’ (homoeopathic preparations of viruses, bacterial infections, or parasites), as well as complex homoeopathic preparations formulated to cleanse and detoxify and stimulate healing. Most of the remedies are from HEEL Pharmaceuticals, the largest manufacturer of homoeopathic remedies in the world.

Lisa’s prices are as follows:
Adult - Homotoxicology/Biodiagnostics £73 – 60 minutes
Child (up to 18 years) - Homotoxicology/Biodiagnostics £56 – 60 minutes
Depending on your condition Lisa may recommend homeopathic remedies for you to take at home, which will be an additional cost to the consultation fee.
Working hours
Lisa will visit St. James Chiropractic and Wellness Centre every three weeks on a Friday from 9.45 am to 6.00 pm.
