Join Nicky Moulds for a six-week course designed to build upon the principles introduced in the beginners’ classes. If you’re feeling a bit rusty, don’t worry—a recap will be provided to refresh your skills. This course will guide you in integrating these principles with resistance training and functional movements to enhance your strength and resilience.
Breathwork will be a core focus throughout the course, teaching you how to breathe correctly to optimize your health, while improving the strength and flexibility you gain from the training.

- Resistance bands
- 6 small classes led by Nicky
Week 2 - Dive into foundational Pilates floor exercises with a focus on breath awareness. Discover how breathing can guide your movements and enhance your practice.
Week 3 - Introduce resistance bands to your floor exercises, combining them with breathwork to deepen your connection and amplify the benefits of your movements.
Week 4 - Understand the significance of building strength gradually, allowing your body to adapt at its own pace. Apply the core principles of breath and movement to various postures.
Week 5 - Learn how to maintain muscle pliability while building strength. Incorporate tools like foam rollers and balls alongside breathwork to promote flexibility and recovery.
Week 6 - Discover the critical role relaxation plays in long-term musculoskeletal health. Learn practical ways to integrate relaxation techniques into your exercise routine for lasting benefits.

Each week, you’ll receive a video where I guide you through the “whys” and “hows” of the week’s focus. I’ll demonstrate techniques and provide you with a short practice you can try at your own pace.
These weekly classes are designed to build on your knowledge step by step, culminating in a personalized Pilates strength routine you can continue beyond the course.
